Zorbas Expands to Six US Stores

The Zorbas Group, a Cypriot company, has established a presence in the American market with six stores in New York under the name The French Workshop. This expansion is a significant development in the company’s 51-year history, which began with a traditional oven in the backyard of a home in Athienou.

The most recent development was the opening of the sixth store in Ronkonkoma, New York, in July 2026. This store is also the chain’s first franchise, marking a new stage in the company’s international expansion.
