1. Membership and Account Responsibility: Your membership represents you and your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activities that occur under it. We encourage you to share our platform with fellow peers who share your dedication to the community.
2. Core Purpose: Business Circle exists to facilitate mutual growth through referrals. By joining, you agree to engage with other members in a spirit of collaboration, supporting peers in non-competing trades as requested by the platform.
3. Content Standards: We pride ourselves on a warm, professional community. You agree to post content that is relevant, respectful, and free from offensive material. We reserve the right to remove content that disrupts the harmony of our roundtable discussions or conflicts with our values.
4. Referral Commitment: To maintain the integrity of our network, we ask that members honor their commitment to send referrals. If you cannot fulfill your monthly commitment, we ask that you communicate with your peers directly before withdrawing from a group.
5. Account Termination: Business Circle reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the community. We value open dialogue and will work with you to resolve issues when possible.
6. Data Handling and Privacy: We treat your business data with the utmost care. We collect information to facilitate networking and improve our services, and we never sell your data to third parties. Your information is protected by our internal privacy policies, which are managed with the same community-first focus as our platform.
